Astley Media turns three
An award-winning PR, marketing and design agency has celebrated its third anniversary by hosting an event at the company’s newly refurbished offices.
Astley Media marked the occasion with a birthday party at its offices at Northernhay Place in Exeter on Thursday (Oct 15).
Clients, including Pavey Group, Stagecoach South West and Arbuthnot Latham were amongst guests at the event. The Oddfellows Bar prepared cocktails and Choccie Bar of Exeter served up treats for guests.
Astley Media’s offices have recently undergone a stylish refurbishment led by in-house Creative Director, Lisa Singleton.
She said: “It’s fantastic to see the Astley Media offices finished and to have created a more inspiring and comfortable space for the team to work in. We have had great fun selecting colours, sourcing and up-cycling furniture and shopping for vintage objects to reflect the whole ‘creating conversations’ theme in our approach to growing brands.” Within the last year, Astley Media has doubled its roster of clients and appointed a new creative director, marketing account manager, marketing assistant and PR Assistant.
Caroline Orr, Marketing Director of Astley Media, said: “It was great to see so many people join us to celebrate Astley Media’s third birthday. The company has grown but our commitment to achieving brilliant results for our clients is stronger than ever. There’s a fantastic business community in and around Exeter and we are proud to be part of that.”
Astley Media is the only Devon creative agency to receive gold and silver awards from the Chartered Institute of Public Relations for its work in the last two years. The company’s clients include Aviva Investors, Mercure Exeter Southgate Hotel, Ladram Bay Holiday Park and The Training Partnership.
Astley Media sponsors the Devon Venus Awards 2015, which celebrate women in business, Exeter Chiefs European Cup shirts, is a member of the fundraising group Exeter Foundation and is supporting the Business Empowering Employment Programme (BEEP), helping young people in Devon who are unemployed to develop the skills and confidence to progress their careers
